Thank you to 'Kui & I' for always creating the most exquisite floral arrangements and leis. Since I moved to Hilo from Honolulul several years ago, 'Kui & I' has been my exclusive go-to florist. My most recent order was for two sympathy bouquets for my sister's funeral. I asked for both to be different but not outdo each other. One of them I placed on behalf of my cousin in Honolulu who is so very picky about her flowers and wanted it to be just perfect. I knew that 'Kui & I' would not disappoint her but I was nervous. OMG, she absolutely loved it. I was so happy too when I noticed that most of the flowers at my sister's memorial were from 'Kui & I' because they were all simply beautiful and contributed to a memorable service. You really do such gorgeous work.
I've also sent some leis to the mainland for an important anniversary party and the couple was absolutely thrilled. Kui's designs, the quality of your flowers and the service extended by your staff are all much superior to any other I've tried. I do not hesitate to recommend you whenever I can. Thank you for everything you do to satisfy your customers. I'm writing to extend an extra "thank you" for the lengths to which you went to make sure that I was pleased with the holiday arrangement that my long-time friend from California ordered for me over Christmas. He has ordered many arrangements from you over the yearsand I have loved each one. You are my favorite florist!
The last delivery did not express the high standards taht I'd come to expect. When I called you about this, you replaced it with a particularly beautiful arrangement that I have enjoyed until now.

Aloha and mahalo Kui & I, you provided two beautiful flower arrangements and 10 beautiful leis for our wedding in Queen Liliuokalani Gardens on March 15. Every flower was perfect and the arrangements were beautiful.
